Shipping policy

All orders from Trek Collects are shipped via USPS or FedEx within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, and a tracking number is provided once your order ships (not including USPS First Class Mail^®). Trek Collects is responsible for lost or damaged packages and will offer a free replacement or refund if verified through USPS tracking or photo evidence. However, we are not responsible for postal delays once the package is in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as refunds cannot be issued for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
